Japanese brand nanamica has teamed up with PUMA for the first time, and the two sides will work together to create the iconic PUMA Suede VTG shoe. The brand brings “Parisian Night” and “Vintage Khaki” to this classic pair of shoes, both of which are covered in simple monochromatic colors. The upper is made of waterproof and breathable GORE-TEX suede, with a GORE-TEX black label on the eyelets of the laces for added functionality, and both branding on the tongue, insole and heel. Ayesha Atlee, Head of Design Sportstyle Footwear at PUMA, said: “For our first collaboration with nanamica, we wanted to create a piece that instantly recognises both brands. We decided to take advantage of PUMA Suede’s classic design, combined with nanamica neutrals and the iconic GORE-TEX to achieve our vision.”
